Char Kuay Teow

Just few days ago, my client took me out for a longed-sought after plate of char kuay teow. He has been talking about it for a while and finally, we overcome our guilt and settled down happily.

So we ordered extra cockles and extra pork lard since we have sinned, might as well go through the whole nine yard.

I am not a big fan of pork and I kinda sorta sworn to stay off pork, so i m a little halal for the moment.

I put the pork lard aside at my plate and as I was sweeping my plate with my chopstick, emptying my plate of char kuay teow, he exclaimed at my port lard and say, AIYO, the best part!!!

And I looked at this plate and gasp at the taiwanese sausages that he has put aside, "AIYO, the best part!!!

There goes the saying, One's man poison is another man's meat.

Thought of the day, why does dettol turn milky when mix with water?
