Magic Rule of 21

The monk who sold his Ferrari says one of the ways to achieve an objective is by the rule of 21. What it basically means is that it takes 21 days to cultivate a habit.

Hence I have been thinking what are the good habits and the bad habits that I have.

And also what are the habits that I want to have.

For year 2012, I made it a point to carry a book so that whenever an idea struck me, I can pen it down immediately. For a person who ponders a lot, I always forget what I have in my mind in seconds. And with this book, whenever I stumble across words that I do not know of, I will make it a point to look up for it in the dictionary and write the down the meaning so it also becomes a learning process for me.

I was just telling a friend of mine today that I have this funny habit of covering my ears when I sleep.

I am not gonna share why I cultivate the silly habit but it has something to do with a teacher, a story, and a lizard laying eggs.

There you go.

So I grow up covering myself up with my 5 inch thick quilt from my feet all the way up to my ears. From a far, you would thought you saw a giant poh piah.

Oh, one more thing that I must do before I end the day.

I can't live without floss.
