Where can we go?

Today, I met up with 2 buddies I have known for the longest time. I wanted to tell them about Monopoly deal, a card game that I recently came across during the new year.

First we played at cafe and once our table was cleared, we didn't want to impose any further so we moved on to the library, hoping that we could sit down and play the card game in peace.We really didn't know where else to go.

We found a cozy spot and we sprawled sheets of brown paper for us to sit on while we happily distributing the cards. A few minutes later, we were told that no cards playing allowed in the library and were asked to keep the card immediately.


We were indeed very disheartened that we couldn't even find a spot for a game of cards without having to order any food or drinks. Truth is, there is no place in Singapore for us to sit and chat as long as we like or as loud as we desire, except for the cemetery. 


In the end, we were at McDonald and I had chicken nuggets for my dinner.

There goes my meatless regime again.
